Many disabled people want to work but need personalised support. We provide advice, guidance, and get to know each person's strengths and ambitions.

Many employers become committed to helping people overcome traditional recruitment barriers once they've experienced our 'working interviews' approach.

Job Matching

A thorough job analysis ensures the job is right for the candidate, highlighting adjustments or assistance needed and creating cost-effective solutions.

In-work Support

Support during induction and training, with individual development plans to monitor learning and inclusion. We find alternative solutions if needed.

We encourage career development by promoting training opportunities and seeking options for increased responsibility and progression.

Our Job Coach Approach

Our job coaches wear many different hats when supporting individuals with disabilities. They have two customers: the individual with a disability and the employer who will hire the job seeker.
