Only once you employ them through normal wages. All support costs are funded through our service, and we can help with Access to Work applications for any necessary equipment or adjustments.

Am I liable if something happens to the job coach?

Capability SES has full insurance coverage for our staff. You have no additional liability when our job coaches are supporting employees in your workplace.

Will I be sued if I have to terminate employment?

You'll be employing someone with reasonable adjustments in place from the beginning. Our support providers help identify when things aren't working and assist in finding solutions or, if necessary, mutual agreement to part ways.

Do I need to know anything about disabilities?

No specialist knowledge required. Capability SES helps you understand each individual's needs and works with you on a holistic approach so everyone can benefit from inclusive employment practices.
